Founded in 2023 by managing partner Jim Shetterly, we operate under a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit registered to our business location in Wolfforth, Lubbock County, as documented by our state-issued permit. Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience in the heavy equipment industry.

We act as a single, trusted point of contact, using a 200 plus dealer network and vetted finance, logistics, and warranty partners to manage every step between equipment need and equipment on site.
